Dustin Spoke with Chris Matthews, Mayflower’s fire marshall, Dustin and the fire marshall discussed how the current access road doesn’t meet fire code, technically and will be looked into by the fire marshall. the county judge will back whatever decisions are made.
Additionally, the judge agreed that if Plantation Dr is damaged during development, the county is responsible and confirmed they’d fix it.
A petition could be signed by the entire neighborhood which could influence changing the current plans for the new road in the new development.
Neighborhood Dues Vote
The board has decided to appoint a board member to lead the charge on finishing the vote. Look forward for more details to come in the next few days.
Action Items:
-Dustin to follow up with the fire marshall and judge.
-Amanda to put together a dashboard on the members who need to vote and members who need to pay their dues.
-Tim to reach out to notary re: dates she can be available to conduct a vote.
