River Plantation Board Meeting

Topics Discussed:
Alan Gave the treasurery report. ~$10,000 in the account.
Reviewed website payments with Amanda. It cost a total of $203 for the year.

– Domain name through GoDaddy
IRS rejected our 990 Nonprofit form.
Insurance is paid in October and November. The total is about $1700.
Amanda to set up a main POA email address for Alan to use when submitting taxes.
Amanda to look into a way to transfer money for lawn services without an additional fee.
Jeffery to write a letter to Randy’s daughter re: the car on the property.

Walked through the website and how neighbors can pay their dues online. Amanda showed the board how we’ll keep up with who has paid dues vs who still owes dues.
Alan to send Amanda an updated contact list.
Discussion around info to go into the newsletter including how to notify neighbors who are delinquent on their annual dues.
Alan to send updated numbers to Amanda so she can make the newsletter for September
Tim is attempting to get someone from Horton’s to come to the special meeting. And will talk to them about safety concerns with construction going on.
The board has decided to personally contribute funds to buy a door prize for people who come to the Special meeting. The remaining of the meeting was centered around plans for the annual meeting.
The meeting was called to a close at 7:33pm.
