Below you’ll find a map of the neighborhood, dipicting each phase.

Phase One
Phase one includes River Road Dr. E, River Terrace, and River Circle. Annual dues in Phase 1 are mandatory.
Phase Two
Phase Two includes River Road Dr W, River Bend Road, and the last 4 lots on the west side of Plantation Dr. Annual dues in Phase 2 are mandatory.
Phase Three
Phase three includes River Road Drive W, and River Road Cove. Annual dues in Phase 2 are mandatory.
Phase Four
Phase 4 includes Plantation drive, from the bridge to Putter Cove/ River Cliff. The vote for mandatory dues in phase 4 is still open.
Phase Five
Putter Cove is the onle street in Phase 5. The vote for mandatory dues in phase 5 is still open.
Phase Six
Phase six includes River Cliff Drive, ad the lots on the corner of River Cliff & Plantation Drive. The vote for mandatory dues in phase 6 is still open.
Phase Seven
Phase 7 is the Phase on Plantation Dr at the main entrance. The vote for mandatory dues in phase 7 is still open.

What's the point?
Annual POA Dues
Being part of a neighborhood costs money, espeically when the neighborhood has beautiful nature trails, ponds, and common areas that need to be maintained. Property owners are obligated to abide by the Bills of Assurances regardless of whether the dues in their phase is mandatory or voluntary.
- Membership dues allow us to maintain the front entrance and park area.
- With mandatory dues, we’d be able to plan for improvements to our trail system to ensure safe spaces for our kids, grandkids as well as our pets to play.
- By maintaining the overall aesthics and ammentities of our neighborhood, property values will continue to increase.
